3rd Annual Veterans Charity Classic: $73,030 raised in 2021

On November 5, 2021, the 3rd Annual Veterans Charity Classic Golf Tournament was followed immediately with live entertainment and awards ceremony in the Providence Country Club ballroom. Our goal this year was to raise $60,000 to benefit VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero Scholarship Program. Through the hard work of our committee and funds raised through golf entry fees, sponsorships, and donations, we were able to exceed our goal by raising $73,029.71!

In memory of the 13 U.S. soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan.

Shane McKenzie (former Navy SEAL of 29 years) is speaking to 124 golfers and guests during the opening ceremony. Mr. McKenzie currently works for Sunbelt Rentals, which is this year’s Title Sponsor.
